PRIVACY POLICY

OKÉAN Collection is strongly committed to protecting your privacy while interacting with our content, products, and services. We treat all customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which means we never share any of your personal information with third parties. We collect your name, email address and mailing address when you make a purchase. Mailing address and email addresses provided to us are used internally and shared only with our shipping courier. We will not sell or rent your email or mailing address to other companies.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We’ll gladly exchange or credit your original method of purchase for any unworn items you are not completely happy with. Please email us at customerservice@okeancollection.com to initiate a refund or exchange. Items must be returned to OKÉAN Collection within 30 days of the shipping date in unworn condition (including original packaging). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Please make sure the item is packed securely prior to shipping it back to OKÉAN Collection. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured and tracked shipping, via an established courier (e.g., Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS,) and retain your receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  OKÉAN Collection Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If a returned order was shipped out of a free shipping promotion, we will credit your account less than the actual cost of shipping.

Please allow 12 - 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal securely processed by Shopify Payment System. For security purposes, please do not include your credit card number in any email communication.

 

REPAIRS

We will gladly repair jewelry that breaks during normal wear at no charge within one year of purchase. For rings damaged under extreme conditions or after a year, we’re still happy to help, however, charges may apply. Please email us at customerservice@okeancollection.com to initiate a repair return.
